• Heart of Georgia GYSTC is located in Eastman, Georgia at the Heart of Georgia RESA (Regional Education Service Agency).

• The center opened in 1995.

• The center serves the school systems of the City of Dublin, and Bleckley, Dodge, Laurens, Montgomery, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties.

• Among the many educational programs the center offers elementary and middle school teachers and students, some favorites include Saturday Science Adventures, Summer Science Camps, Recycling, Clean Air Gran Prix, Family Science Programs, and Community Star Gazing Nights.
